NGC 457 is an open star
cluster in the constellation Cassiopeia. It contains nearly
one hundred stars and lies over 9,000 light years away from
the Sun. The cluster is sometimes referred by amateur
astronomers as the Owl Cluster, or the ET Cluster. |

The Andromeda Galaxy also known as Messier
31, M31, or NGC 224; is a spiral galaxy approximately 2.5
million light-years away in the constellation Andromeda. It
is the nearest spiral galaxy to our own, the Milky Way. |

Albireo is 385 light years away from the
Earth. With bare eyes Albireo seems like a single star.
However, when viewed with a telescope it readily resolves
into a double star, one yellow (apparent magnitude 3.1), the
other blue (apparent magnitude 5.1). Separated by 34 seconds
of arc, the two components provide one of the best
contrasting double stars in the sky due to their different
colors. |

Messier 13 (M13, NGC 6205), also called the 'Great globular
cluster in Hercules', is one of the most prominent and best
known globulars of the Northern celestial hemisphere. |
